what are these bumps on my baby's face . what should I do .. should I put powder or rash cream or anything or it will go on it's own

Atogla Cream can be applied regularly on to the affected area I think your child is not heat rashes and pimples on to the skin which is why there is too much of redness into this area you can apply it regularly at least three times in the day to begin with and gradually increase or decrease the number of application as per the need
