Hello doctor my 7mo baby has got these bumps in cheek and on face what’s the reason or should i go to Pediatrician

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to fighund out the the treatment for further management consult dr.
