what are the solid foods we can start after six months, please give me list of it...

A. Dear mum, after 6 months, you can start with solid foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.

A. many ... all in the form of purees or mashed foods. apple puree, mashed banana, dal water, rice water or rice properly mashed.... curd etc etc
