ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom you can use a mix or dry fruits or just any one which you or the child would prefer such as almond , pista , walnuts , dates , etc and dry Roast them and add some cardamom to it and make a powder and store it in a air tight container
