A. lactating mother Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions Tomatoes Caffeine Chocolate, soy, Peanuts Citrus food products,Processed food.

A. U Just avoid heavy food which are difficult for you to digest refined flour and something just which is giving you gas or something like Chole rajma all these things should be avoided Dress most of the things can be taken in moderate quantity
