A. you can choose it. it should be soft, comfortable for baby , both baby and the person Carrying it should be comfortable. also look for sturdiness safety harness

A. You can definitely go for Infantino carrier ad it is very comfortable to carry and lets air pass through which is a plus point for baby carriers
