Have more water, fluids,fibre food(fruits and vegetables, Cereals,dry fruits) avoid oily, processed, sugar processed sweets, high calorie foods which increase weight.
Do walking,yoga for controlling weight.
For hair protein, iron rich foods - Leafy vegetables, dry fruits, pomegranate, carrot, beetroot, sweet potato, flaxseeds, egg, Coconut.
Do scalp massage with warm oil hairpacks like hibiscus leaves, flowers pack, egg pack, fenugreek seeds pack, onion oil amla oil helps in controlling hairfall.
