A. नमस्ते अधिक चलना रखे योगासन करे मैदा , चीनी , पेकेजद एवम् प्रोसेस्ड फूड, आर ओ पानी त्याग करे। अपनी आवश्यकता से दो निवाले कम खाएं। ताजे फल दही छाछ बाजरा अधिक खाएं। सूर्य स्नान अवश्य करे।
