We can take Perinorm along with shatavari??

A. You can take for increasing milk flow and drink plenty of water and eat a healthy and nutritious diet and keep feeding your baby as it also helps in improving milk flow

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
