hello doctor cn i take perinorm cd to increase milk my milk is not sufficient to my baby is it safe to tk this capsules does it increase milk or should I take shatavari powder plz suggest me dctr

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. talk to ur gynec for perinorm. better to take shatavari tablet or granules. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding.
