#asktheexperts Good evening I am unable to feed baby and getting only 60ml per day. I have used Shatavari, Perinorm, Proshake, Galact granules but I didn't see any improvement. Please suggest any effective ayurvedic medicine

A. hello try taking lactare tablet which is also effective along with you should have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion but if it does not help them give any infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
