we are at tour of rajasthan 3 days ago baby hase fever so doc priscribe paracetamol and zifi 100 now i see some spot at baby's tummy..what to do now

Apply calamine lotion that will actually help a lot in reducing these things maybe it’s because of the medication and heat of Rajasthan because Rajasthan burns like anything when it is summer season so this is the option and start giving water with fennel seeds which will be helpful
