You can remove any sticky liquid or crusting by bathing her eye with cooled boiled water and cotton wool.

Water coming from the eyes can be due to blocked tear duct. This will open on its own as the baby grows up..
Secondly watery eyes can be due to cold. If ur baby is having cold then give indirect steam to ur baby 2-3 times in a day and apply baby rub on the chest and feet of the baby.
