examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics.
can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times as per dr's recommendations. d
give easily digestible food.
ors to be given if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehydration and ensure adequate glucose level in the body.
for vomiting give syp emeset / ondem / vomikind 5ml.
do not give milk

Could be due to indigestion or stomach infection food poisoning all these things are concerned and connected when you see vomiting and diarrhoea together and most of the cases kindly consult your doctor they will help you with proper preparations to follow after diagnosing the issue
