agr pain and fever hota h vaccine se kya medicine dena chahiye baby ko.
mera baby ka birth 25 nov 2022 ko hua tha.uska 1.5 month ka vaccine lgega.so please help me.

when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain. 
paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day. 
you can also apply ice over the injection site.u 
if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel.h
vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever
