Arpita ChatterjeeMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy7 years agoA. try to make a time table when to give what . your pediatrician will give you a chart after 6months if not then ask for it. only thing is the food quantity varies from baby to baby. i follow 2 simple rules . if I like the look of the food baby might like it too. and I do not repeat same food every day. the main meal like lunch or dinner i try to mix diff veggies diff day. and if baby still does not like to eat. i stop the rice or roti for 2 to 3 days instead give dal water , ceralac rice , etc them after 3 days I again slowly resume my old routine of rice and veggies or roti and veggies.
