Q.
Today at 7 PM we have given my 10 month son a typhoid vaccine however he had mild cold and we forgot to mention the same to the doctor. Now at 11:00 PM he has started getting fever with the Temperature of 100.4. So my question is this fever because of Vaccination or is it because of Cold? Also is the fever in 5 hours normal in Typhoid Vaccine? Would there any severe consequences due to Vaccination while he had cold?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. no problem you can still give the vaccine if the child is having cold or cough further you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the solution for this by discussing with him he will guide you for more details if required . h
