Dr Shradha shikhareMom of a 9 yr 11 m old boy6 years agoA. hello mom baby has anemia as hemoglobin and red blood parameters are less than normal. due to any current minor infe tion the counts of white cells are more.. get baby trated by pediatrician. antibiotic is needed.
