Q.

There is spotting found in my pregnancy ultrasound

A. The san report says there is no fetal heart present in the baby. The fetal cardiac activity forms at the earliest by 4 weeks and should be clearly visible by 6 weeks. If the report is right,it will lead to an abortion.
