Sushma PalvadiMom of a 7 yr 2 m old girl5 years agoA. Hanuman gas is the main cause of this kind of sounds in baby stomach early in the 6 months babies do to suffer with colic issue but thing is the only solution for you to get rid of this kind of sounds but baby well.allow more tummy time
