to prepare homemade cerelac:
ingredients:
1 bowl of rice
1bowl of mung dal
method:
wash rice and mung dal separately 
drain water from it.
then soak both in sun light for 2 or 3 hours.
take a pan ,heat it then roast rice first till it get puffed then roast mung dal till it become light brown or nice aroma come from it.
let them cool down
then grind them in mixture .
now keep the powder in air tight container.
to serve it :
boil water ,add one tsp of powder in it ,boil for 2 or 3 minutes and then serve it at room temperature.
you can add different pulses and nuts as per your choice.
