Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children5 years agoA. Not necessary to apply any gel. Just massage the baby's gums gently everyday and also keep the baby's mouth clean. Rub a cold cotton cloth on the gums to soothe teething pains. Massage the baby's temples calves and toes in the night with breast milk or coconut oil
