teeth nhi aarhe 10 months ka ho gya kuch problem toh nhi h ?

There is no problem a child can have its first teeth between the age of 3 to 17 months so you should wait for a while if you do not see it happening by the time of 17 months and feel free to consult a dentist dentist but currently there is no delay so there is no problem
