A. Loss of appetite and dehydration are common in kids at this time. During summer give less spicy simple food, variety of Khichdi, curd rice, lemon rice,poha, custard, fruit salad, curd -roti. Give fluids at regular intervals like buttermilk, milk, coconut water, milk shake, fresh fruit juice, watermelon, muskmelon, lichi juice.!
