ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. hi since you are a breastfeeding mum you should better consult with your gynecologist . are you having loose motions or hard stools ? if loose motions keep taking sufficient ORS along with some coconut water at frequent intervals
