suggest me a diet chart for lactation mother.

A. Hello mom you have to take small meals . prefer healthy home made foods and keep yourself well hydrated with fluids , take foods that help in enhacing the milk production such aa garlic , flax seeds , drumstick leaves , fenugreek leaves , oats , milk , panjiri , ghee , jeera , ajwain or saunf water
