stool r/e of my 2 n 1/2 month baby girl is showing undigested particle and fat globules along with normally increased bacterial flora is it normal?

A. no it is not normal at all because at this age babies are mostly on the breast feeding only that means as the mother you should have light and healthy and nutritional diet only and if you found anything like sticky and mucus potty then you should consult your doctor
