If you looking forward for reduction of your of weight then I’d like to tell you till the time you are exclusively breastfeeding the child you cannot go ahead with any kind of a dieting workout in case of normal delivery is possible almost after 3 to 3 1/2 months when you physically fit but as of now you should be eating well because a child is completely dependent on you so don’t think of losing right now workout can be done lighting can be done after about 9 to 10 months alsoWrite Your Answer Here
