Some says giving oats are good in digestion and in high fiber but what is this ?

Mam that is a doctors point of view and it is real to an extent because the fibres are there in oats which you give which is the child is full for a very long duration which is good in weight is not a negative thing to be done but maybe the doctor has its own opinion which is totally fine if you want to give it okay if you don’t want to give it’s totally alright because if you don’t want to give this one you have to give another fibre to the child which will help better digestion and easy motion so we have to decide accordingly what fibres do you want to introduce
