For 9.3 kgs, Medium diaper should fit as it is for babies with 9-12 kgs of weight. But you need to check as it should not be too tight or uncomfortable as it may cause rashes.
You can choose any good brand with good absorbing capacity like Babyhug or Mamaearth.
