sir since 3 days my son is not taking any solid food. and since yesterday night he is even not drinking milk. he is having cough from 3 days. it is wet cough. giving ascoril ls since yesterday. please help me. i am worried he is not eating or drinking anything

A. it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doctor and get itgg properly physical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear this...
