sir my son 9 month old usko 15 days se cold cough hai me usko mextra syrup deti hu or kya karu?

A. de sakte hain mkcold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby
