sir my daughter is 6 yr old wo raat mei sote time apne teeth se bht kit kit ki sound krti hai kya karu uss k front k teeth bhi thode chote ho gaye hai

otherwise stress is the other reason
aap apne daughter se bath k puchen agar usko koi problem hai to and uske saath zada time spend karen.

Seema shekharMom of 2 children3 years agoA. May be she has worm.in his stomach kindly give deworm.medecine but before that ease also consult your pediatrician for the same. generally this type behaviour occur when child has worm in her stomach no need to worry just check with your doctor.
