sir my baby is11month old i ve acidity issue after my second delivery affecting my day to day...so i consulted ayurveda..its suits me well...its safe to take ayurveda medicine while breatfeeding...

We don’t know what additives are there in the medications that you are taking and no way to know if it is suitable during breast feeding or not.
So better take syrup Gaviscon

depends on which Medicines ,you are taking
so please confirm with your ayurvedacharya .
mam , please avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
sit in vrajrasana or go for walk after meals.
keep your self well hydrated.
take mint leaves with pinch of salt and few drops of ginger juice daily in morning.
