sir mere baby ko 2 months complete hokar 3 month start hua mother milk kam hai isliye unko lactogen powder Dey rahi hun lekin unko motion 2 days me ek bar hora or tight hogaya please kuch medicine suggest kijiye na Mai doctor ke paas bhi lekar gayi thi lekin woh medicine se bhi kuch fark nahi pada
