sir mera breast milk zyada produce nahi ho paata hai usko increase karne ke liye kya karun?

A. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm .u Can also take mothers horlicks with warm milk twice a day to improve lactation. The more you feed the more milk production will be there. Take care and all the best
