ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. nope, avoid any if the gripe water.. if ur baby is under 6 month old than Only breast milk is sufficient for your baby till first 6 month.

If your baby is having any discomfort symptoms then consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Use Babyhug tummy roll on.
