Sir ,good morning my baby got completed his vaccines as per his schedule after 6weeks and he got OPV vaccine as per govt angwanwadi vaccine chart from government hospital,but as per his immunization table it was not mentioned earlier ,is it ok ?

A. it's fine so. for the concern now so shall advise you to see a nearby doctor for best diagnosis of the problem so that it s to know and hence the advise can be followed about the issue .
