Gayatri DawdaMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hi cow's milk is heavy to digest. it may also cause allergic reactions . lactose may not be digested well by small babies. it also lacks the immunity enhancing Nutrients like mother's milk. so best is to avoid cow's milk till 1 year.
