Actually kids suffer with an issue of growth pain which is commonly seen between the age of 3 1/2 years to 12 to 13 years of age the legs regularly before your child goes to sleep before using mustard oil since there is dryness also so you can use warm mustard oil and start with calcium and vitamin D3 supplement
