she's very shy in nature. less speaking with others.what to do?

A. Rehearse, rehearse, rehearse. Practice talking with others. Make a game of it: Ask your child to be the tour guide when his best friend visits the house. He'll not only become more comfortable with other people, but he'll also start to better understand the give and take of conversation.
