examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics.
can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times as per dr's recommendations.
give easily digestible food.
ors to be given if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehydration and ensure adequate glucose level in the body.
for vomiting give syp emeset / ondem / vomikind 5ml.
do not give milk
give ORS and lime water

This could be due to food poisoning or stomach infection which is why your child is having both the things together so it’s better to consult your doctor first you need to figure out the right reason as for the medication would be based on the reasoning the issue
