A. Hello, How long can a baby go without pooping? In some cases, longer than you might think. While many little ones poop every day, it's possible — and not necessarily something to panic about — if a baby goes 24 hours without pooping and even up to a full week without a bowel movement. make her drink juice and lot of water.
