A. Hello, your baby girl is 11 months old and she was having a fever and redness in her eyes so give her syrup maxtra 1 ml three times a day and keep a watch

A. if the red spot in the eyes comes again and again and is not improving on its on in next two or three days and the child is also having complaints then it is advisable to maintain hygiene of the eyes and meet your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment because it can be either due to allergy or infection For FEVER as well as PAIN kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature.3 Also when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give Paracetamol h
