my baby is rubbing eyes and eyes become reddish.

this is allergic in nature
splash eyes with cool water.
visit to near by eye specialist to check status of eyes.

Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
Be careful
Wash eye often with cold water
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
