Q.

shall I use lactare tablets two two thrice a day for six months? or lactare granules are best?

A. See whatever helps you are increasing your lactation you can take that usually powders are supposed to be taken three times in the day with warm milk if you’re taking milk or powder then that would be a better choice for you to take for three times in the day with warm milk
