how many days should I use lactare tablets and galact granules powder for increasing breastmilk

give only breastmilk till completion of Six month.
take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

If you are not getting sufficient for your baby then you have to continue taking it till the time you are breastfeeding your baby. Baby should be totally your mother’s milk and a mother’s milk is not sufficient then you can start giving formula milk but there is no need to give anything else to your baby to
