ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. no dear do not give juices and soups as it does not provide enough nutrition and just fills the small stomach if baby gets diarrhoea best is to breastfeed frequently breast milk gives hydration, nutrition strengthens immunity to fight infection
