can I give coconut water to my 10 months baby.after drint coconut water what time we can give mothers milk??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, can give it, it depends on his hinger to feed bm. It is a great source of calcium and vitamin C and can help prevent dehydration and it can be added to rice, purees, and mashed foods as well.
