RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. After about 8 to 12 weeks you can go ahead with that whenever you are comfortable whether it is a normal delivery or C-section delivery the minimum time expectancy that you need to wait after the delivery somewhere around 8 to 12 weeks only
